l 主要从事新型半导体光伏器件、第三代高性能太阳能电池及无机钙钛矿太阳能电池的理论与应用研究；围绕低维半导体薄膜，系统开展制备工艺优化、物性精密调控与能带结构设计，致力于提升太阳能电池的光电转换效率与稳定性。

  l 在开发新型制备技术、揭示新物理机制及构筑新结构器件等方面取得多项研究成果，以第一作者/通讯作者身份在本领域发表多篇学术论文。
